For booster clubs and team parents

Placing your team's order

You have the sheet the sponsors and families filled in. Here is how it becomes an order with us, in about five minutes. No account to set up.

For: the booster club, team parent or coordinator placing the order Covers: your order page → your sheet or the roster → checking the names → sending it
Open your order page → drop your sheet in (or work down the roster) → check the names it found → send it. You can save halfway and come back.
1

Find your order page

Sign in to your portal, open the session, press Place your team order.

If you have just finished choosing everyone's photos, the thank-you page takes you straight there.

🔖Bookmark it. Come back as often as you like while the order is open.

Two ways to build it — pick whichever suits you

Have a spreadsheet or a PDF? "Have your order sheet?" at the top. Upload the file, or paste the rows into the box.

Prefer to work down the list? Use the roster below it — every person on the session has a row; say what they want and how many.

You can do both. It all goes into the same order.

📄What we can open: .csv, .xlsx, .pdf, or rows pasted from any spreadsheet. An older .xls needs Save As → CSV first — we tell you if that happens.
3

Your sheet does not have to be tidy

A title across the top, extra columns, several tabs, names written "Last, First" — all fine. We work out which column is which.

  • More than one tab? We ask which one holds the order and show a few rows of each. We never guess.
  • Headings not on the first row are found.
  • Nothing goes on your order yet. You see everything first.

If yours is a PDF

  • A PDF from a spreadsheet, a document or a form still has the words in it. We read it like a spreadsheet.
  • A photo of a paper tally, or a scan is a picture. We will not guess anybody’s numbers from a picture — a number read wrongly is a wrong print run.

If yours is a picture we say so and give you a button to the list below, where you type the numbers in. Your order is not turned away. Or send the original spreadsheet, or Save As → CSV.

Check what we found

Every line we read, and next to each name whether we found that person on this session.

What it saysWhat to do
✓ FoundNothing. It is ready to go in.
Is this <name>?Your sheet spells it differently to the roster. Press Yes, that's them if it is the same person. We never change a name on our own.
More than one person by that nameTell us which one. We will not choose between two children.
Not on this sessionPick who it is from the list, or leave the row out and tell us.

Anything still waiting on you is listed by name under "will not go in yet". Nothing disappears quietly.

✏️Change a quantity right there, or press Leave out on a row you are not ordering. You can put it back.
5

Two things a sheet usually does not say

How it is delivered. Framed, printed for you to frame yourself, or digital. We ask once for the whole batch.

What size the banners are. A sheet says "2 banners", not how big. We set them all to one size, say so on screen, and you change any that differ on the roster below before you send.

Worth a look: a banner is priced by its size.
6

Anyone we have no photograph of

If someone was sold something and we have no photograph of them from this session, we say so, by name, before you send. Usually they were away that day.

If we cannot tell yet — the photos may not be back — we say that instead, never that someone was missed.

7

Add it, then send it

Add to my order puts the rows on your order. Nothing is with us yet.

Save progress as often as you like; add more as families pay up. When it is complete, Submit order.

We are told straight away, price it and send the club one invoice. Need to add something after? Ask us to reopen it.

🏈That's it. Your sheet, checked against the roster, and one invoice at the end.
